About Pamela

I’m an educational psychologist and certified coach with a passion for helping people grow—emotionally, relationally, and personally. My work is rooted in decades of experience supporting individuals across all stages of life, from classrooms to clinics, and now in one-on-one coaching and group settings.

With a deep understanding of human development, brain science, and emotional intelligence—plus a lifetime of learning as a parent, partner, professional, and human—I guide clients toward greater clarity, resilience, and connection.

Over the years, I’ve seen a consistent truth: emotional intelligence is essential to healing, learning, and thriving. I witnessed it in schools during my ten years as an educator, and in 20 years as a physical therapist. Whether recovering from injury, navigating conflict, or seeking deeper connection, the same core skills make all the difference.

Through coaching, I help clients develop and strengthen the emotional and relational skills needed to:

  • Navigate strong emotions with confidence

  • Solve problems with creativity and clarity

  • Manage change with intention and flexibility

  • Resolve conflict and build harmonious relationships

  • Parent and co-parent with empathy and purpose

  • Achieve physical well-being

  • Thrive at home, at work, and in community

I’m honored to help clients uncover their own potential and create meaningful, sustainable change in their lives.
